OVERVIEW
After establishing the Amagasaki plant in 1951, We created the Manufacturing and Production Engineering Division.
We are an experienced chemical manufacturer of reagents and also focus on high purity chemical manufacturing.
We launched our product range with materials for hair dye, then started supplying raw materials for high purity reagent grade chemicals.
Then, we evolved into our current form: ‘reagent and chemical manufacturer.’
In recent years, we’ve been moving towards new functional materials and life sciences.
We believe now is the right time for metamorphosis; From reagent manufacturer to niche manufacturer of functional chemicals and life sciences.
In the future, our target is to become the material manufacturer working with the customer from the initial R&D stage onwards.
As society advances through technological innovations, we will be able to supply new materials such as phosphorus compounds.
This can only be achieved due to our experience of manufacturing high quality chemicals for reagents and chemical businesses.
Moreover, the life sciences side of the business will allow us to concentrate on research and support of DDS.
Chemical / reagent products are mainly manufactured at our Amagasaki and Sanda sites.
The Omuta site focuses on New Functional Material products and the Life Science Division is located at our Minoh Site.
QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
In order to gain more trust from our customers, we were awarded the ISO9001 in 2004 and 2006 at our Amagasaki and Sanda plants respectively.
POINTS
DEVELOPING AS A REAGENT MANUFACTURER
We sell more than a thousand products.
Our product groups consist of; reagents and JIS standard chemical materials, hair dye materials with Japanese standards of quasi-drug ingredients and products of custom standard.
Successful chemical procurement, production, packaging and delivery of these products has only come about due to our expansive knowledge and years of experience.
FUNCTIONAL CHEMICALS DEVELOPMENT
We launched our research and development of new phosphorus compounds in 2008.
We have so far received brilliant evaluations along with an award from MEXT for that R&D.
Moreover, our knowledge and experience is not solely for phosphorus compounds but also for the development of new chemicals while helping our customers develop their own materials.
LIPOSOMES SKILLS
We launched our research center related to life sciences in 2004 and then the proceeded to work on development technology for Liposomes.
Thus far, we have experience of producing more than 100 custom Liposomes.
We are also promoting a support business to encourage consultation from our customers.
